How far can I travel on a full battery charge?

Depending on the model, the scooter can travel 10–40 km on a single charge.

Is the scooter safe to use? What safety features should I look for?

Good scooters should come with a stable frame, proper brakes, anti-tip wheels (especially on slopes or uneven ground), quality tyres, and — for evening/road use — lights or reflectors.

Can a scooter be used in rain or wet conditions?

Most mobility scooters are not completely waterproof. Light rain or occasional damp may be manageable, but avoid using in heavy rain or flooding — water can damage electrical parts.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Charging usually takes 6–8 hours. We recommend charging overnight.

Can the scooter be folded or disassembled?

Yes, many models are foldable or easily detachable for car travel and storage.

Is the scooter suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?

Most scooters are designed for indoor and outdoor use. Heavy-duty models are better for outdoor terrains.

Is the battery replaceable?

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Check the email you received after placing your order. It should contain information about the status of your order and the expected delivery date.

I received my order after getting a refund. What can I do?

Keep the product in its original packaging along with all documents confirming the purchase and refund. You will need this for further communication with the seller and the payment system.

If the resolution time for the dispute is excessively prolonged, and you prefer not to wait, what actions should be taken?

If all other options fail, you may need to consider taking legal action. This can be a lengthy and costly process, so it’s important to weigh the potential benefits against the risks and costs.

What if the package is held by customs?

If the contents of the parcel are suspicious to customs officers (for example, many identical goods), it may be further checked.

When will I receive my order?

You can easily track your order using the tracking number provided after your purchase is processed.

Refund

I received my order after getting a refund. What can I do?

As per our store policy, products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you have already received a refund and the product is still delivered, you may keep the item.
